Nah Young Ju (Lee Na Young) is a clerk at a governmental office who spends most of her days reading gossip columns and tabloids. Young Ju often daydreams and firmly believes that she is "God's gift to young bachelors" - they just don't know it yet. But her daydreams are soon shattered when an English speaking foreigner storms the district office, speaking English and complaining about his electricity bill. Unfortunately, no one, including Young Ju, in the office speaks a word of English. Upset at the incident, her boss decides to send her to a 90-day crash course to learn English.
